Downtown Remodel + Addition: This project involves an extensive renovation and thoughtfully designed addition to a small single-family residence in downtown Livingston. The extension adds a primary suite to the first level, improving long-term functionality and accessibility. The renovation scope addresses significant structural upgrades while introducing increased natural light and a substantially improved thermal envelope. Construction is currently underway.

Paradise Valley Cabins: Two identical guest cabins designed for flexibility, accommodating both short- and long-term rentals. Low-slope opposing shed roofs distinguish the living areas from the bedrooms while minimizing visual impact within the surrounding prairie landscape. Located in Paradise Valley, the project is slated to break ground in Summer 2026.

Mountainside Cabin: A single-family residence designed to seamlessly connect with its natural surroundings through thoughtful architectural decisions. Expansive glazing and rooftop decks strengthen the relationship between indoor and outdoor living, while the staggered upper floor provides shelter from the elements at the entry and patio below. Inside, a dual-sided fireplace anchors and warms the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas.
